1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to MANYROUTE websites, accounts, proxy gateways, data packages, and related services. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
The current version of these Terms is linked from the storefront and presented with the policies that apply to each order.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- Account and billing information must be accurate and current.
- Credentials are confidential and may be used only by you and your authorized personnel.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account or credentials.
- You must notify MANYROUTE promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Service description
MANYROUTE provides access to proxy pools assembled from approved upstream providers. A purchase grants a limited, revocable right to use the selected pool, region, and data allowance for lawful purposes.
All connections use the HTTP proxy protocol with sticky sessions. Pool names describe routing profiles, not a guarantee that any specific upstream provider, carrier, ASN, city, or individual IP address will be available at all times.
4. Data packages and usage measurement
- Data is purchased once and is not a subscription.
- The minimum purchase is 2 GB unless checkout states otherwise.
- Purchased data does not expire.
- Usage is measured at the MANYROUTE gateway in bytes transferred and converted to GB using the unit disclosed at checkout.
- Usage records maintained by MANYROUTE control in the event of a discrepancy, subject to correction of verified errors.
5. Orders, prices, and taxes
Prices are displayed per GB in the currency shown at checkout. The total price, selected pool, region, data amount, payment terms, delivery method, and refund conditions are presented before payment.
Applicable taxes and legally required charges may be added. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another disclosed processor. MANYROUTE does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful, authorized activities. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your targets, data collection, automation, and content comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
7. Upstream providers
MANYROUTE is an independent reseller and routing service. Upstream networks may apply their own technical and compliance controls. MANYROUTE may change provider composition to maintain capacity, quality, security, or compliance.
A reference to an upstream provider does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or a direct contract between that provider and the customer.
8. Availability and service changes
Proxy availability can vary because of carrier conditions, provider capacity, destination restrictions, maintenance, security controls, and events outside MANYROUTE’s reasonable control.
MANYROUTE may modify routing, ports, credentials, providers, or technical requirements when reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting purchased data will be communicated when practical.
9. Suspension and termination
- MANYROUTE may limit or suspend access to investigate abuse, security threats, non-payment, legal demands, provider requirements, or violations of these Terms.
- Access may be terminated for material or repeated violations.
- MANYROUTE will use reasonable efforts to provide notice unless immediate action is required for safety, compliance, or network protection.
- Suspension or termination for a violation does not create a right to a refund, except where required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MANYROUTE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular success rate, compatibility with every destination, or continuous access to a specific IP, provider, ASN, or carrier.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MANYROUTE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, destination blocking, or third-party conduct.
For claims that may legally be limited, MANYROUTE’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected purchase. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to MANYROUTE and the transaction. A court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply in a customer’s location.
Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through MANYROUTE support.
13. Changes and contact
MANYROUTE may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and its effective date will be posted on the website. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
Customer and legal questions may be sent to support@manyroute.net. Business correspondence may be sent to business@manyroute.net.
