What to include.
- Your account email and Stripe order or Checkout Session ID.
- The selected pool, region, and approximate incident time.
- For connection issues, the error message and a minimal reproduction without passwords or other secrets.
- For abuse reports, the relevant IP or credential reference, timestamp with time zone, destination, and supporting evidence.
